WHEN TO BOOK YOUR MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT?
YOUR EXPERIENCE
We will work together to plan your perfect session – the tone and style, the location, wardrobe choices and all the little details. Your session will take place at my home studio in Bonnyrigg, near Edinburgh.
When you come to the studio for your your pregnancy photography session you’ll find a relaxing, enjoyable environment (you absolutely do NOT need to be a model to have your photos taken!). I will ensure that you feel amazing by choosing the lighting, poses and angles that will flatter and emphasise your personality and beauty.
Together we will create stunning images that you will be proud to display and share with your family and most importantly your baby as they grow.
STUDIO MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT
Like the rest of my studio photography work, maternity photoshoots in the studio are shot in my signature all white style which ensures that your images will forever remain classic and timeless.
Studio sessions are naturally more formal and really focus on you rather than the background. My small home studio provides an inviting, home from home experience where you will feel comfortable and relaxed.
Choose to wear your own clothes or borrow one of my beautiful dresses.
I will gently guide you into the most flattering poses and capture your connection with your baby in images you will treasure for lifetime. Studio setting will also allow you to comfortably rest as much as you need.

Step One: Consultation
A dedicated time for us to get to know each other and learn about your dreams, expectations and to plan your perfect pregnancy photography session.
Step Two: Your photography experience
Simply show up, and allow me to gently guide you, in order to create beautiful, timeless portraits for you.
Step Three: Viewing and Ordering Appointment
The most exciting part is seeing your portraits and designing something special –
from beautiful wall art to smaller displays, albums and prints.
Step Four: Delivery
In most cases I will personally deliver your high quality products, all that’s left to do is to hang your wall art and admire your portraits every single day.

Hi, I’m Karolina. I’ve been a professional pregnancy photographer for 9 years now.
I believe your maternity photographer should be someone you connect with and feel relaxed around at such a precious and fragile time of your life.
I have also been in front of the camera both times I was pregnant with my sons – once in the studio and once outdoors, so I really know what it feels like! At the time I did not feel beautiful or comfortable, but I am so happy that I took the time to do it both times.
